No. Hosting, domains and platform subscriptions are separate costs billed by the platform you choose. These are usually yearly or monthly fees. I'll explain all costs upfront so you can make an informed choice.
Yes. All sites come with an easy-to-use editor, and I'll show you how to make updates. If you prefer not to manage it yourself, you can add an ongoing support plan.
Yes. I offer support plans that cover updates, fixes, content changes, security checks and general technical help. You can choose a plan or request support whenever you need it.
Yes. All packages include basic on-page SEO. You can also add full SEO or Local SEO (Reading, Oxford, London and wider South East) if you want deeper optimisation.
Absolutely. Copywriting is available as an add-on. I can write every page or just the ones you struggle with.
Yes. Features like booking systems, customer portals, member-only areas and app components can be added to any package or built into the Platform Package.
Usually your logo, brand colours (if you have them), photos, page content and any examples of websites you like. If you don't have these yet, I can help you create them.
Yes. Most clients split payments into two or three instalments depending on the project size.
Yes. I can set up your email campaigns, welcome flows or automations on the platform you prefer.
Yes. Every site I build is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop.
You get post-launch support with every package. After that, you can request one-off updates or choose an ongoing support plan.
Yes. You'll have full ownership and access to your website once the final payment is made.
Hosting, domains and third-party tools
Your package covers the design and build of your website. It doesn't include the ongoing costs of running the site, such as:
- Website hosting
- Domain name renewals
- Email hosting
- Platform subscriptions (for example Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress plugins, booking tools or CRM systems)
- Any third-party integrations or paid apps you choose to use
These costs are usually billed yearly or monthly by the service provider. The amount depends on the platform you pick and the features you need. I'll walk you through your options and let you know the exact pricing upfront so you can choose what works best for your budget.
